How can I reschedule my booking?
You had a change of plans and cannot make it to your experience at the planned date and time?
No worries! You can ask to reschedule any WalkWithMe Tours booking up until 48 hours before the booked date.
- Talk to your host via the Messages and ask to reschedule
- If rescheduling is not an option, you can cancel the booking. Head to your bookings, in the booking details at the bottom, you will find the option to cancel your booking
Please note that if you cancel a booking after having rescheduled it, the cancellation policy will apply based on the date of the original booking.
